The Private Champagne Yacht at €3,500 is our most premium proposal package. For palace-hotel proposals or setups that involve broader planning, we work with experienced full-service planners in Paris and can make introductions.
Elopement packages from €2,500 are covered on our elopement page.
What is included in a Paris proposal package?
All on-location proposal packages include silk flowers, a professional photographer, a custom 10-song playlist on premium speakers, and a team on site handling setup and cleanup.
You do not coordinate anything on the day. Our team arrives before you, prepares the location, and manages timing and logistics on site. After the proposal, we break down and clear the setup.
Your photographer delivers an unedited gallery within 24 hours. You select 20 images for retouching — delivered within 7 days of your selection.
The custom playlist is prepared from songs you choose and plays on a premium portable speaker at the setup location. Champagne is available as a €100 add-on, or included in the Private Champagne Yacht package at €3,500.
Not sure which setup type fits? Our proposal ideas page compares rooftop, boat, public, and picnic setups by privacy, timing, and price.
Price by Setup Type
Events in Paris runs four proposal setup types — public, boat, picnic, and rooftop — plus hotel room surprises. Prices vary by setup, location, and season.
Public-location proposals are the lowest-priced full packages. Setups run at the Seine riverbank, Bir-Hakeim bridge, Trocadéro, Avenue de Camoëns, Tuileries Garden, the Louvre Pyramid, Montmartre, and Luxembourg Gardens — with or without Eiffel Tower views.
These locations do not require a venue booking. The package includes silk flowers, photographer, a custom playlist, and a team on site.
At €1,400, this is a full proposal package with the same photographer, team, setup, and cleanup process as the rooftop or boat — not a stripped-down version. The price is lower because the location does not require a venue fee.

Picnic proposals — from €1,450
A picnic proposal is a daytime outdoor setup at a Paris park or landmark — with or without an Eiffel Tower view. Seasonal, weather-dependent, and strongest from April through October. Photography is included.
Common Eiffel Tower-view spots include Trocadéro Gardens and Champ de Mars. Non-Tower alternatives include Luxembourg Gardens, Palais Royal, and Parc de Sceaux.
The Essential picnic starts at €1,450. Additional picnic tiers are available for larger setups — contact us for options.

Private boat on the Seine — from €1,600
A private boat proposal starts at €1,600. Both the Private Boat and the Private Champagne Yacht are fully private — no shared passengers, no other guests on board. Eiffel Tower views come from the water on either option.
The Private Champagne Yacht at €3,500 is EIP’s flagship package. It includes 1h45 on a heritage wooden yacht with a teak deck and comfortable seating, Ruinart champagne served by a private attendant, silk florals, a custom playlist, and a 60-minute photographer. The yacht has room for a live musician or duo, a videographer alongside the photographer, and chauffeur transport to dinner as an add-on. This is the top of the line — the cruise is the centrepiece of the evening, with dinner to follow.

Eiffel Tower-view rooftop — from €2,100 to €2,400
Rooftop proposals are the most requested setup. Prices range from €2,100 to €2,400.
Passy Heart rooftop starts at €2,100 — silk-rose heart display with candles and a direct Eiffel Tower view from a private terrace.
Passy Floral Arch is priced at €2,200 — a silk floral arch with a suspended LED Marry Me message on the same Passy terrace.
Copernic rooftop is priced at €2,400. You choose between silk roses or Marry Me letters as the main setup element.
All rooftop packages include a photographer for 30 minutes — the shorter session gives you privacy after the proposal on a private terrace. Pro lighting (€225) is required for rooftop setups with flowers, candles, or larger display elements.

Hotel room surprise — from €400
A hotel room surprise is a standalone service, not a full proposal package. Prices start at €400. The setup includes roses, candles, and a custom message delivered to the hotel room before you arrive.
This works well paired with an on-location proposal — propose at a rooftop or on the boat, then return to a decorated room. It also works on its own for birthdays, anniversaries, or arrivals.

Palace hotels and full-service proposals
Palace-hotel proposals — at venues like the Shangri-La and the Peninsula — involve venue-specific requirements, timing restrictions, and a level of coordination that sits above our fixed-price packages. When the scope or moving parts expand to that level, we recommend working with one of the experienced English-speaking full-service planners we partner with in Paris.
We stay involved where we’re strongest — florals, silk and fresh flower installations, setup, and on-site support — while the planner handles the broader production. This is how most palace-hotel proposals in Paris work well: a planner leading the day and a specialist team handling the décor and setup.

How Events in Paris pricing compares
Events in Paris sits between photography-only offers and planner-led luxury productions, with fixed package prices from €1,400 to €3,500 and fixed add-ons on top.
Many Paris proposal sites still require an inquiry before you see a full number, or they mix photo sessions and full proposal packages into one broad range. A Paris proposal from €300 is typically a photographer for an hour at a public spot — no setup, no flowers, no team on site. That is a different product from what we sell. We do not offer photography-only sessions; our pricing starts where full proposal setups begin.
Our packages are pre-designed and used across hundreds of setups. We publish fixed prices and fixed add-ons on the site because we think you should know what something costs before you reach out.
If you are comparing options: Does the base price include a photographer? Setup and cleanup? A team on site? Our packages include all of that. The price on the package page is the real price — no coordination fees, no venue-sourcing surcharges.
At the other end of the market, palace-hotel proposals and château productions can exceed €100,000. That work requires full-service planning — venue scouting, multi-vendor coordination, concierge-level services. Events in Paris covers the €1,400–€3,500 range. Above that, we partner with full-service planners and stay involved for florals and setup. If you need that scale, we work with the most experienced planners and can put you in touch.

Paris Proposal Cost FAQ
What is the lowest-priced full Paris proposal package?
The lowest full on-location proposal package is the public-location package at €1,400. That price includes silk flowers, a professional photographer, a custom playlist, and a team on-site handling setup and cleanup. It is not a photography session — it is a full proposal with flowers, coordination, and an on-site crew.
Are there hidden fees or extra charges?
No. The base package price is the price before add-ons. Add-ons are listed with fixed prices, so the total is clear before you confirm. There are no coordination fees, no venue-sourcing charges, and no surprise line items.
What happens if rain affects the proposal?
If the weather affects an outdoor setup, we review the forecast and available options before the date. Depending on the package, that may mean a timing shift earlier or later in the day, a covered alternative, or a different approach. Light rain at public spots often means fewer crowds and stronger photos. We monitor forecasts and communicate adjustments in advance.
Is there a deposit to book?
Yes. A deposit is required to confirm your date and package, and the remaining balance is due before the proposal day. Exact deposit terms are in the pricing PDF we send after your first message.
Can I customize the package?
The packages are pre-designed, but add-ons let you adjust the experience. You can add champagne, live music, transport, video, a rose bouquet, or rose petals to any package. If you have a request outside the standard add-on list, ask — we will tell you if we can do it and what it costs.
Do elopement packages cost more?
Elopement packages start at €2,500 and include an officiant, bouquet, and boutonniere on top of the standard proposal inclusions. Elopement pricing and add-ons are covered on the elopement packages page.
What about proposals at palace hotels or private estates?
Palace-hotel proposals involve venue-specific requirements that sit above our fixed-price packages. When the scope expands to that level, we work with experienced English-speaking full-service planners in Paris and can make introductions. We stay involved for florals, setup, and on-site support — the planner handles the broader coordination.
