What is your cancellation and refund policy?

- 15-29 days before event: 50% refund
- Less than 15 days before event: No refund available
Your retainer payment (50% of total fee) confirms your booking and is subject to these cancellation terms.
For cancellations due to circumstances beyond your control (severe weather, flight cancellations), contact us immediately. While our policy remains firm, we will review each situation individually.
