We also supply decor, florals, and props for clients who already have a venue and need the setup handled.
Our packages are all-inclusive and ready to go — setup, photography, coordination, and teardown included. Most can be confirmed within days, even on short notice. You pick the experience, lock in the date, and show up. We take it from there.

About the Owner
VINCENT
Vincent started Events in Paris in 2022 after years of working across fashion production and event coordination in the city. Born and raised in Paris, he knows the venues, the vendors, and how to get things done — often on very short notice.
He built the company around one idea: proposal and celebration packages that are fully planned, fully tested, and ready to execute. No guesswork for the client, no loose ends on the day. That approach now extends to decor and floral supply for weddings, corporate events, and private parties across Paris and Île-de-France.
Vincent is hands-on, direct, and invested in how each event turns out. He leads a small team that shares his standard — fast responses, clear communication, and reliable follow-through.

Paula plans proposals and private events in Paris for clients who want clear options, fast answers, and everything handled on the day. She focuses on ready-to-go packages that can be confirmed and delivered on short timelines — you pick the experience, she makes sure it runs.
Originally from Spain, she has lived in China, South Korea, Germany, and the United States before settling in Paris. Four continents and four languages means she’s comfortable working across time zones and picking up on what different clients expect.
In practice, she’s the person who keeps the process short: here are your options, here’s what’s realistic, here’s what happens next. She follows through on what she says and stays calm on-site when plans shift. Off-site, she’s usually testing a new restaurant or cocktail bar somewhere in the city.

We run two sides of the business and both work the same way: you tell us what you need, we give you clear options and honest pricing, and we execute on the day.
For packages (proposals, elopements, celebrations), everything is included — decor, photography, music, coordination, setup, and teardown. Our setups are proven and road-tested; we have run them hundreds of times across Paris.
For decor and floral supply (weddings, corporate, private events), we provide the items, deliver, and set up on-site. We work with our own inventory and a strong vendor network across Paris and Île-de-France.
Our team is small, responsive, and used to tight timelines. We speak English, French, and Spanish. We respond fast, confirm details in writing, and show up early on the day.

We provide all-inclusive marriage proposal packages and romantic celebration packages at iconic Paris locations — with setup, photography, coordination, and teardown included. We also supply decor, florals, and props for weddings, corporate events, and private parties.

HOW DO I BOOK?
Contact us by WhatsApp, phone, or email. We will send you options based on your date, budget, and preferences. Once you confirm, you pay a 50% retainer to lock in the date. We send a full plan with timing, meeting point, and what to expect within 48 hours.
HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK?
At least 2–3 weeks for most packages. During peak season (April–October), 4–6 weeks is safer. We do take short-notice bookings depending on availability — reach out and we will let you know what is possible.
DO YOU HAVE ACCESS TO PRIVATE VENUES IN PARIS?
Yes. We work with private rooftop terraces with Eiffel Tower views — including our own exclusive Eiffel Tower rooftop terrace — as well as private boats on the Seine and select outdoor locations across central Paris. Our rooftop is shielded from crowds and open for proposals, elopements, and private celebrations.
WHAT IS INCLUDED IN YOUR PACKAGES?
Full setup, day-of coordination, teardown, and everything listed on the package page — decor, photography, music where specified. No hidden fees. Add-ons like videography, champagne, or rose bouquets are available separately and priced clearly.
WHAT IF IT RAINS?
We monitor the forecast leading up to your date and have a backup plan for every outdoor package. If conditions are unsafe, we reschedule at no extra cost.
WHAT TYPES OF FLORAL ARRANGEMENTS DO YOU PROVIDE?
We work with both fresh and high-quality silk flowers depending on the package and your preference. Silk flowers are durable, realistic, and more cost-effective for large-scale setups like arches and “Marry Me” displays. Fresh flowers are available for bouquets, boutonnieres, and accent pieces. We can advise on the right mix based on your event and budget.
CAN YOU HELP WITH TRANSPORTATION?
Yes. We offer private car service with English-speaking drivers — Mercedes, vintage vehicles, and premium options. Available for event transfers, photo routes, and airport pickups.
DO YOU OFFER PICNIC SETUPS?
Yes. Styled gourmet picnic setups at Paris parks and landmarks, with food, drinks, blankets, and decor included. Available for romantic proposals, anniversaries, and group celebrations.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
Credit card, bank transfer, cash, and cryptocurrency. Credit card payments include a 2.9% processing fee. Bank transfers and other methods have no added fee.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
30+ days before event: 90% refund. 15–29 days: 50% refund. Under 15 days: no refund. Your retainer (50% of total) confirms the booking and is subject to these terms. For cancellations due to weather or flight issues, contact us immediately — we review each situation individually.
