What is your cancellation policy? A 50% retainer confirms your booking, with 90% refunded for cancellations 30 or more days before the event and 50% refunded for cancellations 14 to 29 days before. Cancellations under 14 days are non-refundable. If we cancel a cruise because conditions on the water are unsafe — the captain’s call — you are not charged. Severe weather, flight cancellations, and other emergencies on your side are reviewed case by case for rescheduling where the venue and vendors allow.
