Paris proposal and elopement FAQ
How much does a Paris proposal or elopement cost?
Proposal packages start at €1,400 and elopement packages start at €2,500. Price depends on location, date, and add-ons. Rooftop packages range from €2,100 to €2,400. Private boat packages from €1,600 to €3,500. Add-ons like champagne, live musicians, and video are available on top. WhatsApp us your date and preferred setup and we will send the full pricing PDF. We reply fast, usually within the hour, never longer than 8 hours.
What is included in the packages?
Packages include silk flowers, a custom playlist on premium speakers, and a team on the ground handling setup and cleanup. Elopement packages add an officiant or celebrant, bouquet, and boutonniere. Photography is included in all packages. Champagne, transport, video, live musicians, and other add-ons are available on request. You show up and it is ready.
What if it rains?
We do not control the weather — nobody in Paris does. We monitor forecasts and adjust timing where we can, moving a setup earlier or later to work around a heavy downpour. When that is not possible, the event goes ahead. Light rain often means fewer crowds at public spots like Bir-Hakeim and the Seine riverbank, softer light, and stronger photos.
Do you photograph proposals or elopements?
Photography is included in all packages. Your proposal photographer arrives early, coordinates with the team on site, and covers the arrival, the reactions, and couple portraits after. Video is available on request.
How far in advance should I book?
Two to four weeks is ideal for most proposals and small elopements. We also handle short-notice requests, including setups booked 48 hours ahead. Peak months run from April through October, and weekend dates fill faster. WhatsApp us your date and we will confirm availability quickly.
Do you work with international couples?
Most of our clients fly in from outside France. Our team works in English, Spanish, French, and Mandarin — Paula coordinates directly with Mandarin-speaking clients. We are reachable across time zones via WhatsApp, and the full planning process runs remotely until you land in Paris.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 50% retainer confirms your booking. Cancel 30+ days before your event for a 90% refund, 15–29 days for 50%. In cases of severe weather or flight cancellations, contact us immediately — we work with you to find a solution, including rescheduling where possible.
