What’s included in a Paris picnic package
Every picnic package from Events in Paris is a walk-in-ready setup. We arrive early, arrange everything at the location, and clean up when you’re done. You bring your guest — we bring the rest.

Copernic Eiffel Rooftop Picnic
From €2,850
A private rooftop picnic above Paris, on the Copernic terrace with a direct Eiffel Tower view. Table for two with your choice of linen color, transparent ghost chairs, white silk flower arrangements, Ruinart champagne on ice, seasonal fruits, charcuterie and cheese, pastries and professional proposal photographer.
Available at sunrise, daytime or blue hour. We set up and clean up — you arrive to a table ready.
Available add-ons: videographer, live musician, transport (V-Class Mercedes).
Best for: Couples, proposals, anniversaries and private celebrations.

Cherry Blossom Picnic
From €1,500
A seasonal setup at Parc de Sceaux during cherry blossom season (early–mid April). Pink blankets, cushions, Champagne, pastries, and a decorated table with stemware and hydrangeas. Walk-in ready — we set up and clean up.

Available add-ons: Videographer, live musician, transport (V-Class Mercedes).
Best for: Couples, proposals during cherry blossom season, and group celebrations.
Season: Early to mid-April only.

Garden Picnic
From €1,750
A private setup for two in a Paris park or private garden. Ruinart Champagne, macarons, artisanal cheese and pastry spread, silk florals, and framed photo prints of your choice. Blankets, cushions, music on speaker and full tableware included.
Available add-ons: Fresh flowers, private Eiffel Tower-view terrace, live musician, videographer, transport (V-Class Mercedes).

FAQ
Where do Paris picnics take place?
Most setups are at Eiffel Tower-view locations, including Trocadéro and Champ de Mars, but we also set up at private gardens, Seine-side spots, Parc de Sceaux (cherry blossom season), and private rooftop terraces. We recommend the best location based on your date and group size.
Do you handle everything?
Yes. We arrive before you, set up the full spread, and clean up after you leave. You show up at the agreed time, and everything is ready.
Can I add a photographer?
Yes. A 60-minute photo shoot with 25 edited images delivered in 7 days is available as an add-on. We can also arrange videography.
Can I book a picnic as a proposal?
Yes. Our Proposal Picnic package (from €1,500) includes a rose-petal path, candles, and Champagne at an Eiffel Tower-view location. It’s designed for proposals and includes setup coordination so your partner doesn’t suspect a thing.
What if it rains?
Paris weather can be unpredictable. We monitor conditions in the days leading up to your booking and will do our best to find a solution if needed — rescheduling when possible, or discussing alternatives together.
How far in advance should I book?
1-2 weeks is ideal. The earlier you book, the more time we have to personalize elements for you and your partner.
