We set up while you and your partner are out of the room, usually during dinner, sightseeing, or your proposal. We coordinate a time window with the concierge or front desk and only enter during that window. When you return, the setup is complete and no team member is present.

You sign a short authorization form that confirms you are the registered guest and that you approve room entry at a specific time. We share this with the hotel so they know who we are and when we will be on property. Our team photographs the room on arrival, completes the setup, then photographs again on departure; we do not move personal items.
